What payment methods do we accept?
Cash On Delivery (COD) is available. Moreover, we accept Bank Transfers as well in our accounts.

How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you'd like to purchase, and click "Add to Cart." Once you've added all your desired items, proceed to the checkout page, where you can enter your shipping and payment information.
Why 5% Advance on Orders Above PKR 6,000?
To avoid non-serious orders and ensure commitment, we require a 5% advance for orders above PKR 6000. Larger orders involve higher delivery and processing costs, which become a direct loss if canceled. These returns also take over 15 days to come back to us, much longer than the usual 3-7 days delivery time, increasing the risk of courier mishandling, product damage and further losses. This advance helps us manage resources efficiently and maintain quality service.
What is the delivery process?
The delivery take at least 3-7 days all over Pakistan. In case you didn't received your order please contact support with your Order ID.
Your Order ID can be found on your order confirmation details in email or message.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click the tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment.

At Cosmetica Queen, we only deal in imported products which are sourced from foreign countries guaranteed. Only some leather products are locally sourced.
